Civil Works: refurbishment and fit-out works at the compounding center, consisting of the construction of an exterior steel structure, designed and installed to suit the project's operating requirements, including material supply, fabrication, assembly, anchoring and finishing of the structure.
A concrete slab was laid, properly levelled and prepared, to which a resin coating was applied. A self-levelling floor system was then installed, achieving a continuous, uniform, hard-wearing and easy-to-clean finish suited to the operating conditions of the area.
Area partitioning works were also carried out using drywall, including the installation of metal framing, panel fitting, joint treatment, application of finishes and sealing, ensuring spaces were correctly delimited in line with the project requirements.
Ductwork Technology: installation of P3 Ductal systems with 26-gauge galvanized sheet over-ducting, optimizing airflow with technical transitions.
Industrial Assembly: connection of mechanical equipment on rooftops via steel platforms and construction of protected duct housings. Electrical Synchronization: execution of power installations integrated with the air conditioning systems in technical ceilings.
